RecommendedThe service itself was fine- no complaints with the work; however the scheduling in the service dept is not coordinated. One of the service people told me to come at 8 am and being one of the early ones to arrive, should be one of the first to get work done- about 2 hours. I came at 7:50 and the person helping me had no record of my appt, and said that service person doesn’t share the appt times set for whom he has previously scheduled so they ended up with a bunch of more work they had to fit in that day. We were on the island for holiday and my husband had a heart attack. Our Avalanche came up with a service message I had no idea about. Went to the dealership and was a emotional mess. Had no idea where to go. A wonderful man in sales(did not get his name) told where to go for service. Baljit in service was excellent and took care of it. Cannot say thank you enough for their help. Victoria was great, but happy to be home.
