I have lived here for a long time with my family and I never seen this bad of management rent is expensive potholes and leaks everywhere and complaints of crazy neighbors shooting and racing etc... I have also asked for "MY TITLE FOR MY HOME TRAILER" for the longest and never got a response of ever getting it. Vineyards management team please do your job!!!!
I'm late posting, tomorrow will be offically 30 days i moved into the park. but shockingly i'm told to move because i have unautorized occupants so my lease is offically terminated! well i have my 16 yr old daughter who's acting out with her mom satying with me until she can undersatnd her place is to be a child and understand she's a child, my brother who fell on hard times asked me can i get his four boys and keep them so they won't be in the system homeless until he gets back on his feet. Stay away they treat there tenants like trash. They will lie add fees illegally and evict you without reasoning just because they want the unit back so they can jack up the price. Stay far away from these slums from the property manager to the owners all slums.
Good afternoon! I would like to file a complaint! I have had a very bad experience with the lady at the office! She has a terrible attitude! Rude and despotic! We always approach her politely! But she does not cooperate! We need someone who speaks Spanish! Who is bilingual! Since the majority of us who live here in this beautiful community! are Hispanic!
I've been a long-time resident here, and it's very sad how neglected the park has become. There are Water leaks everywhere and the roads are scattered with pot holes to the point where they cannot be avoided. The last thing the hardworking residents want is to pay for repairs to their wheels or suspension. Prices continue to increase, but none of the proceeds appear to be allocated to maintaining the park.
