horrible experience do NOT move here !!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here they are very unprofessional you can never speak to the ”property manager” the apartment floors are unleveled the hallways always stink and the stairs are wobbly. the amount of money they charge for rent i definitely feel like the apartment should be more up to date. There’s HARDLY any parking and the extra parking they try to make you pay for.. Anyone that I know who’s lived here had a bad experience as well.
Unprofessional I am a current resident at Whitcomb Terrace Apartments and I hate it when I first moved there it was nice. Until I started having issue and having to deal with maintenance and that office manager. First my air goes out for two weeks and she didn’t give me anything off my rent because a/c is not important to her. Then I had a leak in bathroom under my tile anf they came 3x to fix that and it’s still not right. Then maintenance dropped some type of glue in my hallway on carpet that won’t come out.
