RecommendedI know this is long, but I have to share our experience with Josh and his crew. My father-in-law has a home in -La luz and had some serious roof damage and leaks going on. Josh and his team came out and gave an estimate and because of some other issues, it can’t be covered by insurance. Knowing the financial constraints, Josh told us what we could do ourselves in order to fix the problem and so we were able to get everything done and fix the area of his roof that was damaged ourselves. We purchased a home last year and the sellers hired a crappy (different company) roofer to replace the roof prior to us moving in. The company gave us a “lifetime warranty certificate”. Fast forward to about a month ago: our kitchen ceiling literally comes crashing down during a flash flood 😳🤦🏻♀️ we file a homeowners claim for the damage and called to utilize our “lifetime warranty” to get someone to check/fix the roof for leaks.
