RecommendedI know this is long, but I have to share our experience with Josh and his crew. My father-in-law has a home in -La luz and had some serious roof damage and leaks going on. Josh and his team came out and gave an estimate and because of some other issues, it can’t be covered by insurance. We purchased a home last year and the sellers hired a crappy (different company) roofer to replace the roof prior to us moving in. The company gave us a “lifetime warranty certificate”. Fast forward to about a month ago: our kitchen ceiling literally comes crashing down during a flash flood 😳🤦🏻♀️ we file a homeowners claim for the damage and called to utilize our “lifetime warranty” to get someone to check/fix the roof for leaks. He got me an estimate and provided me with a brochure with shingle and metal roof samples. Very professional and efficient. They did a very quick and precise job. Once I booked with him to have our roof done I was told it would be about four weeks before they could start max.
