When the owners talk about the prices of rent here, they often quote market prices of secure gated communities in the area. In fact only one park in their data set was ungated. This park used to be ungated until they did this. I've had two thefts and had to get dogs to feel safe here. Now I'm going to be charged for having them as security every month. Not to mention the front gate looks like this. Pretty dangerous is if you ask me. Been like this for days with no fix in sight. Sure hope I don't get locked out.

I lived at this community for over three years and I have family that lives next door. Both are managed by Tree House and Natalie. I've now moved but, my experience was fantastic. The grounds and amenities were always well maintained. Additionally, it was a pleasure to interact with Natalie and her husband because they did their very best to accommodate residence. Manager, Natalie was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the park. When we decide to buy after retirement, we will strongly consider this park. Very well maintained and clean.
Since treehouse purchased the park, there have been changes that have made many residents here want to sell! We are a small park, with many on a fixed income, and treehouse keeps finding ways to keep raising our rent, and charging a pet fee for an indoor cat, or I heard, even a bird??? They renovated the clubhouse, which was fine the way it was, they took out the pool tables, there is a table in there now, not sure what it is though? We now have to use a code to get into the pool and clubhouse, why? We are constantly having ... read more
