They don’t honor their return policy on disposable vapes. Bought a mr. Vapor flex tango fusion last night before close. Woke up to it not firing. Tried to take it back to the store WITH RECEIPT, which the worker didn’t even bother to look at before saying there was nothing he could do. Always been told to bring it back if there are any issues within 48 hours with receipt and they will replace it. Lie! It hasn’t even been 24 hours! Will never spend money there again. I bought some vape juice And took the top off. There was no seal, completely open and poured out everywhere. I was still in front of the store so thought I’ll just get a new bottle. I showed them the bottle was broken and Oh no, we can’t give you $ for vapor juice!!! Why not? He said we just don’t. I just moved back to this side of town and came in for the first time. This store is ridiculous. 1. I have never been in a tobacco shop where I have been ID’d before even stepping in the door. That’s about the most annoying thing you could do. 2. Why the hell are you guys upcharging for more than your lives are worth? $20 for 30ml of vape juice that I can get for $11.99 at tobacco shop, or even the wild bills across town!?
