The owner was there, very rude. Then the tobacco I bought was dried out and stale. No replacement or refund. All they said was Oh Well. I'll never buy from this store ever again.
Bad customer service. Cussing and friends of employees everywhere to the point you could not see half way across the store, having a cloud contest during working hours is wrong. The book was just thrown down with no instructions and then had to wait for the conversations about after work events instead of helping the customer. Close this store this is always happening I go to the other stores even though I live 2 miles from the gull rd. store.
