We had a difficult time keeping up with the demands from the under writers. They were demands that needed to be completed in a timely manner and it was hard to make it happen. Will was very helpful though, always answering calls and was good at explaining different processes. This is the first time buying a house with a conventional loan and it was a lot more difficult. But we are happy to have the house and it’s all due to Will Michaloski and VIP mortgage.

As a first time home buyer, we heard so many stories that weren't so great. Also, being a military family, we were limited in time and mobility so we had lots of issues.
