Despite have enough cash to buy the property outright, requiring me to liquidate funds ASAP from my brokerage account. Forgetting to include key documents in the closing package and then Tim Duval telling me this "happens all the time." Well, according to two title companies, yes it does happen, but is rare. I would have liked an overview of the multiple steps required of the client. I would like communication besides the workflow of the tool. I would appreciate a personal inperson interface. I found I needed to be connected hourly to respond to VIP requested input. I have had better experience with multiple home loans in the past.

My experience wasn't too bad until it got to the point of waiting weeks for closing. Everything felt extremely slow and with little communication regarding where things were at. Also nearly missed my closing all together because it was scheduled for a time I made clear did not work for me and I was not notified at all that it had even been scheduled.

Communication wasn’t good. I.E. told one day what we needed to bring to closing and next day got a different total. 2 trips to the bank.
