Everyone is friendly and courteous. My hygienist Jennifer explained everything at the first visit and Dr. Schneider was also friendly and quite informative. During the cleaning Jennifer told me everything she was about to do. I got appointments very quickly when I wanted them and the prices were actually lower than expected.
