I've been bringing my kitties to Willow Run for years. The staff is always very nice and honest. They will break down a price for you and explain what they are doing before they do anything to your fur babies. I have considered finding a vet closer to the city but the drive is worth it knowing my pets get the best care in the county.

First time there and they were amazing!! So professional and accommodating!!! I will be taking all our pets there from now on. I could not thank them enough for explaining in detail and assuring me every step of the way.

Dr Arnold was excellent and very kind. She answered all my questions (which was a lot) and did a thorough exam on my 3 year old cat. I would highly recommend her and the staff.
I just want to say willow run was fantastic with my recent tragic event. Due to an accident at home my cat needed emergency care. I called and they told me to just come right in. They were prepared when I got there and took me straight back to a room and immediately started working on him. I unfortunately had to make the hard decision to euthanize him as his injuries were very severe.
