Not a lot of vets see rats. Not only do these guys treat rats, they are fantastic with them. We have 3 rats and 2 of them have seen Dr. Regester twice and she always takes the time to explain everything to us, including how to help prevent the problems they are having. Thank You Very Much for caring for Rowen and Ivy!
When your vet moves, you make the drive to see him. I couldn't be more happy with the clinic and the friendly faces of the office and tech staff. Willow Run is so very lucky to have Dr. Jack Reese, we miss him in our area. Scarlett and I say thanks for being so nice and taking good care of us yesterday. And you even shared your Eclipse glasses.. thank you. :)
We've been taking Dean dogg and all of our cats here for years! Love this place. They always give us the best advice and answer all of our questions as best they can. They all seem to know Dean by his name every time he walks through the door which amazes us. We had 2 16 year old cats and when it came time to say goodbye to them they made it as easy as possible. I recommend Willow Run to everyone.
My sweet kitty Beatrice-who is blind-came down with a nasty UTI. Even though we were new patients, they fit us in last night a half hour before closing. We saw Dr. Wood...he is AMAZING!!! I had to take Beatrice back this morning for further testing. The ENTIRE STAFF went above and beyond. They are professional, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Willow Run!!!!!
We just love Willow Run. We only trust them with our animals. We always have excellent care and the entire staff is awesome. Thanks for being wonderful to deal with.
All of the doctors, techs and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'll never bring my dogs anywhere else!
