RecommendedSo grateful for the care and sensitivity this practice brings! I’ve brought a couple of rescue kittens that were dumped at my dead end road over the years and they have always provided the best care and service. Their prompt attention and professionalism to the animals does not go unnoticed!

RecommendedI called Willowrun Sat. morning to see if my dog could be seen on an emergency basis as my vet was not open. The staff and Dr. Langdon could not have been nicer! Sammi was worked in in a timely manner, and everything was carefully explained. What a wonderful clinic to have in Smithfield. Thank you so much for your help and kindness!

RecommendedEven though my little JiJi passed away while there... I'm so glad I took her there...after 1emergency room visit...with no answer of what was wrong...and 2 trips to another vet office...still nothing..but treating worms... I called Willowrun...and they ask if i could bring her in right away..as a walk in...I was told more about my little girl...in 5mins....then I had in 3 days... I was very please with the diagnosis...and at least I know what was wrong with little JiJi..my oppion...the veterinary is very good...and thorough ... read more

RecommendedWe recently started taking our GSD to Willowrun when he became very sick. The first appointment they worked us in since it was last minute and were SO friendly and obviously love the animals. We saw Dr. Langdon for that appointment and have seen Dr. Hammond for the last few as we have been going every week sometimes twice to get our dog checked. RecommendedWe had never been there before but last weekend I just knew we were losing our puppy. Since they are open on Saturdays we just showed up. They took him immediately to be worked on. Then came back to ask questions. No office talk first, he was their 1st concern. We lost him not long after that. We were devastated but they were amazing. They did a follow up call and sent us a card that was signed by everyone. I guarantee that in the future Willowrun will be our one and only vet hospital. Thank you for everything!!
