i brought bandit here yesterday our first visit we were both nervous but were soon put at ease she has been to 3 other vets and she is 5 yrs old this is the first time she has every been checked out so well, Dr Hanson explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision about her care, I was so happy to find such a thoughtful DR for my baby just sorry it took me 5 years to find this great place would highly recommand this place to anyone needing a caring place to bring there fur babies. When I thought all hope was lost for my precious lab/chow mixed best friend I decided to get a second opinion. The staff at WVH had me from hello on the first phone call. Yes I know that’s corny for a grown man to say let alone post but it’s true. Anyway they performed a surgery on my best friend that I just couldn’t afford at three other places and assured me afterwards that she did not have cancer. Praise God! Willowrun has the absolute most caring and compassionate team ever. They truly love your pets and go above and beyond whether it’s a check up or sick appointment. They call and check in as well. They are most helpful when it comes to questions and or concerns. They give top notch care! We have seen several vets there and they are all excellent along with their staff. I highly recommend them.
