My experience with Dr Orban was horrible. After an initial eyelid procedure, I was left with issues with one eye. She recommended a second procedure to correct the issue, which I agreed to. After the second procedure, I was left much worse off with an eye that does not close, eye pain, weeping from the eye and constant discomfort. I would not recommend Dr Orban to anyone wanting blepharoplasty.

Unless you have something easy to fix she will help. Horrible bedside manner, no warmth. once again felt like just a number to her rather than a patient. She doesn’t listen to you or even try to hear your concerns. I have something wrong with me that seems to stump alot of doctors, and I am beyond frustrated with how little these health care “professionals” seem to be willing to help. She is the only medical ophthalmologist around that doesn’t just do surgery for cataracts, so I was hoping she would try to help me. I am a yo... read more

Dr. Polomsky did a laser procedure to treat a large floater in my left eye. Soon after the procedure, I began experiencing flashes of light in my eye and started to see a field of small floaters from the large floater being broken up. I was told these smaller fragments would eventually float to the bottom of my field of vision, but that has yet to occur. Between the time of the procedure and the post-op visit, I went to his office twice for possible retinal emergencies. On both occasions, Dr. Polomsky was not available and I... read more

I have a special needs child and her vision issues are just one of many complications she has in life. She never attempted connect with my daughter, explain to her what was going on or the importance of what she was suggesting and would barely allow me to complete a sentence before she interrupted me with a demeaning tone as though I was incapable of understanding what she was saying. I have never been so disappointed in a physician in my life. We will never go back.

Average doctor. Nothing to brag about. Appears to have limited knowledge, just repeats what you say. Wouldn’t refer her.

I wish my wife could be seen by Dr. Jenkins too! She was told she would have to see someone else in another clinic since she had cataract surgery already. ???????????

My eye sight has never been worse. I am going to have to have other surgeries to correct her mistake.

Overall, my cataract surgery experience was not positive. During the preliminary exams in the Wilmington Office, the atmosphere seemed very impersonal. This was also true at the surgery center -- sort of like a cattle call. Dr. Leone herself was quite pleasant and did attempt to answer my questions but after that initial visit, it was very difficult to contact her or get a response to additional questions. I have not been satisfied with the follow-up visits by an optometrist.
