My daughter lives here and overall we are happy and feel that she is pretty safe. However, beware that they WILL tow your car without warning if there is no tag!! She was rear ended while turning into her apartment on Friday, October 7. She left Wilmington to come to our home during hurricane Matthew and with all of the turmoil of dealing with that and her wrecked car she just didn't think about the parking pass. This is my first time living away from home and I must say I've been enjoying it so much here at Wilshire Landing. For college living I find it very quite at night!!! An I moved in during summer time. Every Time I've called the front office or gone in they have been very helpful and always willing to help. After calling maintenance or contacting the front desk if there was anything wrong with my apartment it was fixed within the next few hours or 48hrs. ������ thumbs up from me so far! This place literally ruined my credit and financial stability for the next few years. I lives there for a year and made a few holes in the walls and other little things. They did 4 "quarterly inspections" and never said anytging. Then I resigned my lease. About a month after they resigned my lease they did another quarterly inspecttion.(keep in mind nothing changed, the holes and messed up blinds were from the 1st couple months i moved in). So they said I owed then $1000 for blinds and a few holes in the wall. I said "ok we... read more
