My daughter lives here and overall we are happy and feel that she is pretty safe. However, beware that they WILL tow your car without warning if there is no tag!! She was rear ended while turning into her apartment on Friday, October 7. She left Wilmington to come to our home during hurricane Matthew and with all of the turmoil of dealing with that and her wrecked car she just didn't think about the parking pass. She returned back to her apartment after the hurricane on Tuesday, and her rental car was towed Thursday night. No warning, just gone. So, just be warned, they will tow your car!!!

This is my first time living away from home and I must say I've been enjoying it so much here at Wilshire Landing. For college living I find it very quite at night!!! An I moved in during summer time. Every Time I've called the front office or gone in they have been very helpful and always willing to help. After calling maintenance or contacting the front desk if there was anything wrong with my apartment it was fixed within the next few hours or 48hrs. �� thumbs up from me so far! By the way the apartments are very nice.

Wilshire Landing
The actual apartments are nice and well kept on the interior and exterior. Maintenance is really good about getting things taken care of. However, the surrounding areas aren't the safest, and people have been jumped and had their apartments broken in to recently. There are all random people walking around the front of the property and people always come and use our amenities and make it less than pleasurable for paying residents. It can be VERY loud at night and there is a bit of drug use going in all around the apartment.

Great luxury living next to UNCW
Perfect location for anywhere you want to go! Minutes to the beach and Downtown. Steps away from UNCW!! My apartment has just been renovated with great new appliances. Everything just looks brand new and looks clean. There are hammocks and a great pool area. 100% would recommend to anyone!
