Terrible management. They don't follow through no matter how many times you contact them. The place is dirty and when things break it takes forever to get fixed. Would not recommend.
Overpriced and cheap apartments. I am so glad my lease is almost up here. I've never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. I pay $645 a month to live in a place that's way too loud, built too cheaply, and with few amenities that actually work. One of the main reasons I was looking forward to moving in here was the gated community aspect that came along with it. The apartment isn't bad but the people living and working here are horrible. Frequently hear people yelling in the middle of the night and no one does anything about it. Cops were called again last night by someone and I know it won't be the last time. Better to find a place where management is proactive and involved. I have lived in on-campus apartments (Seahawk Village) and in a house behind campus (Andover Road) during other years. I recommend both of those options before losing sleep at Wilshire
Seriously can't wait until my lease ends. I just called the police to complain about the obnoxious neighbors across from us after complaining to the office numerous times about it. This "management" is a joke. Stay away if you can.
