"Roush Mustang" Bobby was very helpful to me. Our communication was mostly via email. He answered all of my questions quickly and helped me close the deal.
"Good sales experience, after deal is completed AWFUL!" Nice people to deal with while purchasing vehicle (Genesis G90). Very pleasant and accommodating. However while out of state I discovered they sold me a damaged vehicle which was sold as new. You are dead to them after sale. Be warned.

As the owner of this business, I feel terrible that that sniper1249 feels that we did not support him after the sale. We really do try to make everyone happy but it is not always possible. In this case, the car was purchased, delivered, and then driven out of state. Apparently, at some point some road residue made it past the grill and caused some damage under the hood. "Great place and great people " Shelby was great very nice no pressure at all answered all our question's, Easy to talk to explaining everything about our suv . Would recommend anyone to her as I took my cousin in and she bought an suv from Shelby as well and was very pleased with her also. "Peaceful car buying." After online searching and used car lot visits, we ended where we should have begun. We were greeted by familiar faces, we were shown exactly what we were looking for and not what they wanted to sell, we never felt pressured to buy and because of that we drove home in a vehicle that we’re happy with.
