"I Found What I Was Looking For In My Own Backyard" After many weeks of searching all over Middle Tennessee, I found the truck I was looking for just down the street at Wilson County Hyundai in Lebanon, TN. "Great service" Everyone seemed genuine. No pushy sales or attempts to sell the extra options. Just explained them without pushing to buy. Salesman explained how to use all the features of the car. They even gave us a loaner car to run home to get a check and giving me a loaner car when I bring back the car for the smartshield that I added.
"I may never go anywhere else" Just made my second purchase here, and as long as I live in the area I will probably never go to another dealership. I would always look around the lot when my car was in for service, and they always let me look at new stock without hassle, even when I expressed no interest to buy at the time. Rob was the best and didn’t try to pressure me into buying and was extremely straightforward and friendly. Travis in finance was also amazing and worked hard to get the terms. "Rob and Wayne were amazing!!" We bought a car a while back from Rob so when my husband and I decided to look at trading mine in I knew instantly we need to go see Rob!! He remembered us and went right to work getting us what we wanted even though the odds were stacked against us because of the trade we had. I was wasting time until I had to meet someone for lunch, so after our test drive, Victor suggested I take the car for a few hours to see how I liked it and let my dad take a look at it, too.
