Friendly, helpful but not pushy, great communication. Honest. They did a great job finding what we needed within our perimeters.

Bought a 2024 IONIQ 5 from Andrew. Looked at all EVs and hybrids with him on three occasions before deciding.. He's extremely knowledgeable on these cars, and was upfront about pricing and the pros and cons of each vehicle. No pressure and he was always available when we stopped by. xxxxxxalso to Matthew who helped out on one of our visits.

They did everything they could to get us in our dream vehicle. Tom and Dylan were both extremely helpful and made it like no other dealership experience we’ve ever dealt with.
Nicest people we have found at a dealership. our salesman was extremely nice and professional and knew his product very well. Unfortunately for various reasons we needed to return the car. Again the gentleman that helped us with this was very accommodating and although I am sure not happy was very nice and professional. When we do get ready to buy another car, we will definitely consider coming back to this dealership.
Rob Crockett was great to work with. We called and said we were interested in a Venue. When we arrived , he had the car waiting. He explained all the features, safety and technology. He never tried to upsell us to a different vehicle. I would buy from him again.
This was the third car we've bought from Wilson County. They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dylan was great to work with and helped us get the best deal possible!
