Intelligent, professional, conscientious and friendly.
I had an excellent experience. The greeters were very nice. The facilities were very clean. Equipment was state of the art. The staff and the doctor took the necessary pre-op time with me. And on my - twilight time was worth the wait. Clear instructions on what to do prior to the operation and after. I had my impacted wisdom teeth out and I remember none of the operation There was a follow up call to me in the late afternoon to make sure everything was going as planned. I spelt well that evening. My 10 year old son was put to sleep to have an adult molar pulled. The entire process was quick and smooth- I was allowed to stay in the room while they inserted the IV and then went to my vehicle and pulled around the back of the building where the nurse brought me in to see my son during recovery while he woke up. I was very nervous but the dr was very professional at our consultation visit and eased my fears. My son was pain free and had no issues. It was such an easy process. They were so understanding and comforting and even called me a couple hours after getting home to check up on me!!! I totally recommend this place and give the full five star rating! Thank you guys so much for being so comforting during my experience it meant a lot since I was so emotional and scared for the anesthesia. I had five tooth extractions and I am so glad I went with this place. The staff it’s friendly the front desk lady is welcoming and DR. REBAZ WAISE was amazing he answered all questions and concerns and surgery went well.
