I was in the War Memorial Emergency Department on Sunday am and Dr. Starley was contacted about my very painful issue. I was seen Monday am by very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable staff that made me feel welcome . Dr. Starley was excellent, had a wonderful bedside manner, explained everything, did the surgery and I feel much better. The staff called a few hours later to check on me. I am very happy with this experience. I would recommend them to everyone.
I had never had an extraction so faced this ordeal with some trepidation. However, everyone was professional and efficient and my recovery was better than expected. I just completed the insertion of the implant post so now on to the next phase!
It was such a pleasant experience!! Really love how professional everybody was during my visit! Loved the teamwork! everybody had a task and they "flow" together!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; clean and calming waiting room. Arrived at 10:45 for 11 procedure; signed in and was taken to treatment room at 11; wisdom tooth comfortably removed and walked out at 11:30! Provided verbal and written info and instructions on post-operative care. Would highly recommend this practice.
Having paperwork emailed to you in advance is helpful - reception are is inviting, staff is friendly, from arrival to finish everything was professional and handled in quick, efficient fashion. The Dr. was informative and went above and beyond in handling my case.
As always, customer service at Winchester Oral Surgery Center was stellar. Nadine greeted us with a smile and helpful attitude at 7:30 am! Dr Coviello, my oral surgeon, was, as always, kind, efficient, and professional. I trust his skills and knowledge, knowing I am in good hands at this professional office.
