I've already recommended Windows USA to two co-workers interested in new windows. The service from the sales representative, the office staff, and installation crew was outstanding.

So far so good on the windows, the room facing the sun doesn't seem to get as hot anymore and it's middle of summer in Alabama. Little long on presentation and back and forth on negotiating price, not a fan of the shock and and awe type estimate. Friendly and knowledgeable presenter, good installers that listened to me for some of the small things that were affected like when getting old the old windows out some of the window bases were knocked loose, they got them back in and sealed them up.

Should have had closer window sizes to the opening on double hung. Had to build in too much north opening. Picture windows fit well.
