We purchased windows from Windows USA in 1999 or 2000. The company has stood by their products all these years later. We called recently to inquire about replacements due to hail damage. The customer service was outstanding. The rep found our information (we could locate our bill of sale) and we got our windows replaced free!! Even the installation was covered. I will give Windows USA five gold stars every time someone asks. I truly love this company.

We had all of our windows removed, replaced and upgraded yesterday by WindowsUSA, and this company did an absolutely FANTASTIC JOB on the installations!!! The working crew arrived on time and ready to work. The on-off rainy conditions did not deter their enthusiasm or professional energy to get the job done thoroughly and expeditiously. These guys were courteous, experienced, inviting, thorough, and attentive. They were also eagerly willing to answer all of our questions and illustrate proper usage of the new windows. They removed each window's blinds and/or curtains and replaced them correctly, as promised. The "inside man" even reviewed our lifetime warranty with us in order to ensure we were clear on what all is included in the warranty and what to do should we need future assistance. Everything that WindowsUSA promised us during the in-home presentation was fulfilled above and beyond our expectations. And the windows are absolutely BEAUTIFUL, bright, sturdy, well-constructed, modern, and easy to use. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!!

Initially got off to a bad start but thanks to Kory Brown, the second installer, completed the job. Very professional and great workmanship. If you are reading this review and interested in this product, I highly recommend you ask for Kory Brown as your installer.

My neighbor Mr. Bobby Leveige, ask me to send in his rating. He said Mr Craig did a great presentation. The work crew did a wonderful job, and he is very pleased with the product so far. My name is Bernadette Johnson, I live next door to Bobby, we are getting new windows installed also.

I bought a house that has this windows usa in. There was a broken upper sash. Call them gave them some numbers and they had one made in factory. Their C.S was wounderful. And the replacement price was great. Would recommend them. The fit and finish on windows is great.

We had a problem the day of installation because installers were running behind scheduled. A representative called to inform me early in the morning and followed up with me varies times to give me updated status. Once installers arrived they were very professional and polite. They did an amazing job and paid attention to all small details to assure everything came out perfect. I was impressed how cleaned they left each room they installed windows in. A week after installation, I received a letter from windows USA apologizing for the installers arriving late. They include a gift card for our inconvenience, which I thought was a very Nice gesture on there part. It really goes to show you that they appreciate their customers. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I am in love with my windows! From the salesman’s visit all the way to installation was grand. I live in the country and with my USA windows and can tell there is less dust on the furniture from area fields. What a plus! Thank you USA Windows!
