This was my first time to Windrose. Super clean facility. Dr. Skalos was super easy to talk to and took the time to ask if I had any questions. Very impressive quality of care. We'll be using Windrose!
RJ and the staff are FANTASTIC. My dog is always so comfortable here, and he loves the love he gets from all of the staff members. I appreciate that they are open late hours and on weekends and that they can always fit me in if my dog has an urgent need. Very friendly environment! I can't recommend their service enough!
The vet misdiagnosed my dog! Hundreds of dollars spent and she even advised euthanasia. Hit medical hunch was very very wrong
We went to the urgent care today and will never go back! My sick and usually very friendly dog was anxious being there. The vet was fine with her but a vet tech who never even touched my pet lied and said that she bit him when he was giving me papers to sign for $800 estimate of X-rays and meds. She barked a lot but was held on her leash by my daughter, and clearly wanted out of the room but never tried to bite him or was close enough to. I had prepaid my $150 bill and was sent home. I wish I could say that I tried this vet and was very happy but I was turned away on three occasions when I called in 2019 with a very sick cat. I was referred to this vet after the Cranberry Cat Clinic closed in June 2019. I was told how fantastic he was and really hoped that I would be able to continue with great care for my cats. I had my previous vet for 15-1/2 years and it was hard to find out he was closing but understood why he needed to do that.
