I’ve lived on this property For 15 yrs. Winterwood assumed management on 9-1-22, we do not currently have a manager. However, Rhonda P****** area mngr, is acting mngr. She said the first time she came onto the property she saw a reserved sign with my apt # on it. I’m disabled and have mobility problems. I live by myself. Winterwood took over management of Muhlenburg Manor on September 1st, 2022. Our new manager completed orientation on October 12th. In the meantime, I visited the property on different occasions to assist with property needs. On one of my visits, I took preprinted recertification packets with me as Ms. S******** had an appointment to work on her annual recertification.
