Their new manager decided to change the rules in (her) store that everyone that gets a loan through her store has to be put on automatic payments But yet when my self and my son went in I wasn't told by her trained employee. I have had 2 prior loans and never was on automatic payments. Also never had problems with prior employees having attitudes and we have always paid my loan off early.
