If i could give a 0 star review, I would. this location and its new manager that swears she owns the location makes it impossible to grab a loan. she’s lazy, poor customer service, has no desire to help, rude, un polite and unprofessional and tries to change all the rules to her way. closes doors before closing time and then tries to tell you how much she will give you evennnn when your approved for more. this place will only get worse with her being there, which is sad because people come here as last resolutions and needin... read more
Their new manager decided to change the rules in (her) store that everyone that gets a loan through her store has to be put on automatic payments But yet when my self and my son went in I wasn't told by her trained employee. I have had 2 prior loans and never was on automatic payments. Also never had problems with prior employees having attitudes and we have always paid my loan off early. I do recommend this store if you don't want automatic payments to be done on your account. Also going to their store and no one was there ... read more
