I regret the review I wrote earlier. A monitor was placed on my tank several months ago. I never heard anything so I assumed it was working. On November 3rd I wanted to make sure it was working, and much to my surprise I discovered it never worked. I requested that a service call be arranged to see if the monitor problem could be addressed. Well, since then I called back on 11/12, 12/1, 12/4 and 12/7. Still no call back. On 12/4, I requested a ticket be pulled for a delivery the first of the following week. I'm still waiting... read more
