I have had an account with WOC for a few years now, and I have always called when our tank is at thirty percent for a refill. When I checked our propane tank, I noticed we were out of propane, and contacted WOC in Mansfield, Pa. right away on Friday for a refill, and was told by Debbie I would receive it the following week, but no guarantee on what day they would be in the Liberty, Pa. area. I regret the review I wrote earlier. A monitor was placed on my tank several months ago. I never heard anything so I assumed it was working. On November 3rd I wanted to make sure it was working, and much to my surprise I discovered it never worked. I requested that a service call be arranged to see if the monitor problem could be addressed. Well, since then I called back on 11/12, 12/1, 12/4 and 12/7. Still no call back.
