We have recently moved cross country and wanted to find a reputable place. What we liked was the ease of getting an appointment. You can do it online!!!! They send confirmations and reminders which were appreciated. During the appointment everyone there was FRIENDLY and professional! The experience here was incredible!!! Our cats were at ease and are up to date on their shots. I’m so glad we found them!
Very accommodating, had an emergency and they were the only Vet out of about 7, including urgent cares that I called that would make room for him to come in. Thank you again, much appreciated!!
We are new to the area and looking for a vet. The vet tech who came to the car was exceptionally sweet and kind. My dog had a rough few days, she took her into the building and sat and ate her lunch so Daisy wouldn’t be frightened. The vet called me a couple times while she was with my dog and was sincerely concerned with the correct diagnosis, even though we were a new patient. I was very pleased with the appointment.
It would be nicer when Covid is not in the picture! I have no car and at 86 it is not pleasant to stand outside! On the other hand it is a good experience !
Woodlake has been wonderful with the transition of my pup to their clinic. Everyone has been so kind and caring towards my Little Britta. A+++
Miles was seen as emergent add on to check for an ear infection with his vet, Dr Godding She was willing to fit him in around her surgery schedule. I feel the clinic has done a great job during Covid. I’ve actually used this clinic for years & love it. I highly recommend going to Woodlake Vet😃. I don’t have any negative comments at all.
