I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

Our experience with Pacifica Senior Living has been a very good one! The facility has a clean, pleasant environment, and the staff has been friendly and caring. They're very attentive, and my loved one has been receiving a lot of individual attention.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. My mother seems to be adjusting very well. She likes the food. No complaints.

I have no complaints about Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont. It's a good facility. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. My mother feels very safe there and well cared for. It has been a good experience.

I'm very happy so far. The food I would give a five. Communication with family could be better. Before moving in I was in close contact with the leasing representative, and she was extremely helpful, but once we were in and she wasn't my point of contact anymore it was a little more difficult, just knowing who to reach in each department. We chose them over others because it had a homey feeling, the staff was very friendly, the price was reasonable, and the location was the best for us.

My 93 year old mother seems very happy and contented at Woodmont. She enjoys the food and friendly caring people at the facility. Her room is large enough for a double bed, dresser, highboy, bistro table, and two chairs and a recliner. She has a walk in closet and nice sized bathroom. Her words "This is a nice place, the people are friendly, and the food is good". I would recommend anyone looking for assisted or senior living take a look.

I was traveling to Tallahassee to see my loved one , I noticed the shortage of staff there was and how hard it was to get in touch with a supervisor. One morning I went up there to visit my loved one and the facility was completely empty with only one person there! I don’t believe anyone was there to watch those in memory care!! I came to the conclusion that residents are left to fend for themselves! When I visit my loved one wreaks as if they haven’t bathed in weeks!! We find it disconcerting that an outstanding community which is recognized as one of the 2025 “Best of” Senior Living Communities by A Place For Mom has been subjected to two “extremely” negative reviews on the same day. We believe that this review has been influenced by a disgruntled former employee who was fired for cause. To anyone interested in knowing more about this community, please read the other reviews, then make an appointment for an in-person tour and judge for yourself.
Woodmont had a suitable apartment available sooner than the others. They are a troubled property (also the oldest in Tallahassee) which is undergoing a rehabilitation process including new staff, interior renovation (plus a new roof), upgrades to personnel and operations. We were impressed with the staff and were willing to put our faith in their "comeback". Especially since we are actively involved by frequently visiting my parents. We pulled up for our tour and the outside appearance of Pacific Senior Living Woodmont was terrible. We had to drive around many pot holes ion the parking lot and when we were walking in, the shrubs were all overgrown onto the walkways so we had to walk around them. It just did not seem very well kept. We were not the biggest fan of the interior either, it felt a bit dingy.
