We toured Pacifica Senior Living Woodmont, and we didn't care for it. The building itself looked like a renovated motel, and aesthetically, it just didn't look good.

I do not know how the other Pacifica facilities are, but we found this one to not be up to par. It was a disappointing experience for us and we were not satisfied. There was a lot that was said up front that was not carried through with during the stay here.

The facility is nice enough to live and the people to begin with were friendly. But they kept pushing us to sign a contract so that we would get an amount off of the first month. During that time my mother had some problems with her heart so we told them we would let them know how the appointment went and then decide. We decided that we did not need to move them and I kept the facility updated on all of this the whole time. Supervisions are not to good need more staff better training for staff working with memory care patients. The one good thing I will say is the food is very good ,one thing I have noticed is there are to many family and friends working together.

Woodmont's administration staff was wonderful during our intial tour/interview of their facility and admission process. All the ancillary staff seemed very caring towards my father. However.... approximately 3 weeks in to my father's stay at Woodmont he fell & shattered his hip and required emergency ambulance transport to the local hospital. We recognized that he was at risk for falls & placed no blame on the facility. However.... not a single person from this facility called my family to check on my father's status!! Days ... read more
