Incredibly disappointed. We recently built a new home. We ordered all of our new appliances through them in an effort to stay local. Appliances all looked great. However, when they installed our oven range they forgot to put the gas conversion kit in. Our $2,800.00 oven is caked with soot, pots and pans are blackened and new backsplash is ruined. Washer install was messed up, couldn’t get service call from them for 2 weeks. Had independent GE certified repairman come out next day to find out they had installed the hot and cold water on wrong sides. Dryer install a week later and valve was ripped out of drywall and nothing was said, installers had ZERO tools and had to use my tools. Gas line was twisted and reinstalled totally wrong and caused a leak resulting in fire department having to come and check and shut off our natural gas. First delivery also left styrofoa... read more

Horrible service! i was referred to them at the end of July. Didnt hear from them til 2 weeks later. And then it was another 2 weeks before somebody came out and for an hour all he did was put a bunch of electric tape around my stove door. And tell me he was missing a screw. I contact that same guy after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. Tells me it wasnt jus the screw its a whole different part they had 2 order.. So from July 28th 2021 to October 5th 2021? I still have not heard a word back as of yet!!!!
