Horrible service! i was referred to them at the end of July. Didnt hear from them til 2 weeks later. And then it was another 2 weeks before somebody came out and for an hour all he did was put a bunch of electric tape around my stove door. And tell me he was missing a screw. I contact that same guy after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. Tells me it wasnt jus the screw its a whole different part they had 2 order.. So from July 28th 2021 to October 5th 2021? I still have not heard a word back as of yet!!!!
we were disappointed in the time it took to get the appliances and that everything we called about when we would get them we were told something different regarding when the appliances were going to be here. one time I was told the microwave was in the next time I was told it wasn't. Then once I was told that the stove with the same features was there but it was 200 dollars more. when I called back to ask about that they said that wasn't the case. we paid half down but said that we didn't need it immediately. this leads me ... read more
Went in to purchase a dehumidifier. Was paying when I realized no employees wearing masks despite a state mandate. The employee mask protects me the customer. Their disregard for my health and disregarding a state mandate was not acceptable so left and will purchase dehumidifier as well as any future appliance for our cottage elsewhere.
Paid for all my appliance in full in Oct 2018 as of January 18 2019 I still do not have the correct dryer
Bought a Samsung range. Had trouble with it from day 1. They sent out s Technician that talked down to me and told me there was nothing wrong. The same guy came back out a second time to replace my burner. Didn’t even replace the burner but told me once again there was nothing wrong with my stove. I have recorded video of my stove shooting flames. We called our propane company to check our propane since the Tech said it was our propane causing any issue. Bought a new Bosch 300 series front loader washing machine from Woodruff appliance. On day one, the unit continued to drip water into the tub after the machine was turned off. It also vibrates terribly to the point where any items[ detergent,etc..] placed on top of the machine would vibrate off. I called Woodruff Appliance and was told that they would need to order a new valve as that was likely the cause of the leak. Waited over 5 weeks for the part to come in.
