RecommendedAfter 13 years of VSOs and trying by myself, I could not do nor deal with any of it anymore. I hired Woods and Woods, and four and a half years later, I finally got the rating PCPs and others told me I should be at. Woods and Woods quickly moved when needed, unlike the VA taking their sweet time processing the filing, denying, and appealing of my claims. Thank you Woods and Woods and Kasi!

I been back and forth, up and down, and round and around fighting the VA rating system over my claim. BEWARE, The representative was well aware that I was homeless vet when he took on my case. When ever I would call to ask questions. The representative kept telling me that VA never sent file over. Then after I fired the firm and went with DAV who ACTUALLY closed the case. The firm has been trying to collect fees for service never rendered. I have been left with no choice but to let DAV. Along with my State Representative Sherwood Brown in Ohio to look into the case.

Keith, let's have an honest conversation of what really happened here. You revoked our power of attorney with the VA behind our back while working with the DAV. You never told us you revoked our power of attorney or that you were working with the DAV and allowed us to continue to keep working on your case. You continued to call us and send us documents after revoking our power of attorney. RecommendedAfter the few years I had waited I had finally got a court date to go before the judge and when I read that they would have a lawyer I had to find a lawyer that could act quickly so I found them online and gave them a call.
