I’m a combat vet with benefits looking for advice and assistance in refiling, but I said I needed a job (because I have bills to pay, regardless of anything else. They said they couldn’t help me but would pass me along to someone else. Then, after being interrupted several times by an extremely rude call center employee, was hung up on. We were trying to get you help with your claim and you wouldn’t let us. Peter, I just listened to your phone call with my staff member - all calls are recorded.
