These people will help you file a claim, for free. They will give you advice, by all means be patient. They will only look out for your best interest. You will only be a client, if they send you the paper work, giving them the right, to be your legal representative. So if you're having doubts about your claim, and have been going it alone, let them see what they may be able to do. My VSO told me that if I got a attorney, he would not be able to help me anymore.
