It isn't the attorneys fault it takes four or more years to get a ruling. Put the blame where it belongs - squarely on the VA. Their health services suck, their benefits services suck, and if your name isn't McDonald, get in line.

I had worked with various other organization to assist me with my VA appeal but not a single one had the courtesy to at least let me know where my appeal stand. With Woods and Woods I receive monthly follow up calls to find out whether I have received any notice from the VA in case they did not receive the notice. I can honestly tell you that the staff has been professional and timely with their work. Any time I need any documents they provide them to me immediately. I have been fighting the VA since 2005. I contacted Woods and Woods in 2014 or 2015. They have been very good to me. I know it is a long, slow process and they have been in contact with me every step. If I had questions they answered them with full respect to my lack of law. I fully recommend giving them a call.
