This firm has done everything that they said they would do. I have nothing negative to say about them and without their assistance I would not be at the percentage I am now. I'm sorry for those of you who feel let down but I wish you all the best in you're claims.

It isn't the attorneys fault it takes four or more years to get a ruling. Put the blame where it belongs - squarely on the VA. Their health services suck, their benefits services suck, and if your name isn't McDonald, get in line.

I had worked with various other organization to assist me with my VA appeal but not a single one had the courtesy to at least let me know where my appeal stand. With Woods and Woods I receive monthly follow up calls to find out whether I have received any notice from the VA in case they did not receive the notice. I can honestly tell you that the staff has been professional and timely with their work. Any time I need any documents they provide them to me immediately. WITHOUT WOODS AND WOODS I WOULD BE AT A LOSS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT VA AND BVA ARE DOING! WOODS AND WOODS HAS HELPED SEVERAL OF MY VET. BUDDIES TO GET WHAT THEY DESERVE. I AM HOPEING THAT I WILL ALSO BE HELPED. THE VA HAS BEEN DRAGGING MY CLAIMS ON FOR YEARS. WITH WOODS AND WOODS I ATLEAST HAVE HOPE NOW, I AM 67 YEAR OLD VEITNAM VET WHO WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE CLAIMS RESOLVED BEFORE I PASS!

I have been fighting the VA since 2005. I contacted Woods and Woods in 2014 or 2015. They have been very good to me. I know it is a long, slow process and they have been in contact with me every step. If I had questions they answered them with full respect to my lack of law. I fully recommend giving them a call.

I contacted woods and woods sometime between 2010 - 2011. I was rated by the VA for 40% DDD. I had back problems and mental health issues once leaving the army and received treatment for all my ailments since leaving the army. When i discharged from the army i didn't know about compensation and when I did find out, and finally applied i recieved 10% for DDD. I fought for years to get an upgrade on my back only reaching 40% respectfully. I was experiencing depression homeless, and many other issues when i contacted the firm. ... read more
