I have been fighting the VA since I was discharged in 1972. I injured both my right knee and back while serving in the USAF. When I left, I went to the VA for my discharge exam. From there until 2008, it has been nothing but a struggle. They even told me that there was no record of my back injury. In 2008, I applied for total disability. Very good response so far, it appears that there are many Veterans fighting the same system the VA. After 24 years of service, Navy, retired E-9, I have been ignored and it appears that the people running the system are as broken like the VA. If Lindsey Wolf reads this message, note that I had rotatory shoulder surgery in January 2016.

Well so far they are great. They get back to me and yes the va is a wait game. I am a little conserned about not wanting medical records 4 the dro though. Dont want go bva when i got the records va denial is asking for.

I have been fighting the VA since May 2007, when I was medically discharged from the Army after 14 years of service. I have tried my congressman, DAV, county Veterans service office, and doing things on my own. Finally in January 2015 I got a reference to Woods and Woods from the Attorney that handled my SSI claim.
