I was losing hope of repaying a credit card debt. They wouldnt work with me. I saw the commercial on TV and I called. I talked to a representative and he calmed my fears and said they would represent me. They got the calls and e-mails stopped. They worked with me on the amount I could pay each month until the negotiated amount with Discover was decided on. I believe they got the accruing interest halted. I highly recommend Worden to help with debt collection. I was in a bad place in my life and this company was my saving ****** WORDEN adapts everything to your needs! They have the BEST customer service they thoroughly explain everything and answer all your questions. Hands down the best experience, I am so grateful something like this exists I promise you will not be disappointed!

I entered the program over a year ago. I have had none of the issues from some of the previous reviews.Everything I call they answer my questions full and complete and make sure I understand the process. ******* and ***** have been particularly helpful, however, everyone has put my anxiety at ease.

I started with a $20,000 debt. I've been paying over $300 a month, some months over $500, for 4 years. They keep extending the payment plan. I just received another email saying they want to extend it again and I still owe over $9000. I think its a total scam and they are ripping me off! I have to figure out how to get out of this nightmare.

This company lied to us. We were told that as a condition for consolidating our debt that they would make the creditor post this as paid in full. That was 3 years ago and the creditors are still reporting this debt as a charge off. I would never use these crooked b******* again. Thanks ***** you lying bag of s*** Now they won't even accept a phone call from me.

What a mistake using this company, They took their entire fee at the worst time causing an agreement to go into default without my knowledge. When the other times they took their fee i installments. It cost me an additional $2,000 and I had to negotiate it myself. None of It was not even listed on my dashboard with the company. It seems all they want to do is keep you in the program as long as possible, so they can collect a longer monthly fee. Me and my wife decided to use warden and associate to clear some debt and they have ripped us off and we used them for 3 months and they only resolved 2 accounts out of 26 when we called and got on a payment plan with all the creditors would NOT recommend these people to anyone they were real nice at first then once we started with them they became real s***** when we called them.
