This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I enrolled with this company for 48 months with $850.00 a month payment in march of 2019. I am still currently in this program because they keep emailing me that it has to be extended to be able to settle my final debts. Now the program is pushed to end in June of 2024. They currently have $2,400 in savings to use to finish negotiating my debt. But when you add up the $2,400 plus the remaining payments. It is way more than what is owed. They told me to stop paying my creditors even though I had no missed payments. The program was incorrectly/unclearly explained to me. I knew I needed to cancel when in the signed agreement it stated that they did not instruct me to stop paying my creditors, even though the first thing they told me to do was to stop all of my auto-pays. When trying to cancel, they stated they sent me a confirmation already, they did not. My name is ***** ************, I paid off my loan in November 2021. I called to confirm that everything was paid off and was told yes no more payments would be taken. In December they took another payment and they repaid my account and I thought I was done. Well it's January 2022 and they did it again, they withdrew from my account and now I haven't been able to get in touch with them.

This company helps settle debt only. They are a valid company. Read your contract because it explains the fees and what they do. Your credit is going to be ruined while in the program and you'll have to start over when the program is complete. If you can save money yourself, stash it away until you settle your own accounts with the creditors then do it yourself. I spoke with Scott and we came to an agreement for his firm to help me. I signed the contract electronically and did not get a chance to read it. I started reading the contract and it is rather lengthy. I called Scott back and told him not to deduct any funds from my checking account in August, I wanted to start in September. He said that changes things and he could change the date when the money would be deducted. I started working with them back in June 0f 2019. The reason I I was drawn to them was by an advertisement on the radio, that they gave assistance to individuals that needed help with credit card payments. And that there services were free. Then I received there packet in the mail seemed very legit, I thought finally I can get this debt in control.
