RecommendedWhile I recommend Wyatt Johnson, I am a bit unhappy with the service department. During our last oil change, the service department repaired a sunroof that had malfunctioned. During that process, the worker left grease laden handprints all along the roof fabric where he had worked. I brought it to the attention of the service rep yesterday, and it was taken care of, but I was charged for the “repair.” This I did not notice until I got home. I was treated and they wrote up what I wanted done on my truck. I have a hard time with a fuel filter being 1 $102 and $68 to change it. The oil change and tire rotation was about $35 higher than the other GMC dealer I have gone to. decent service but you pay for it.

Danny Tyce & Bobby Daugherty & The Wyatt Johnson staff in service Dept were awesome,very helpful, Explained everything in detail, and helped me with discounts to help me get my 2014 GMC Terrain fixed. I was told by other Mechanic's that I needed a motor took it to Wyatt Johnson's &they found that I needed a timing chain, Then about a week later after picking it up my car wasn't running right so they said bring it back. Didn't even charge to look at it. Found out the fuel pump was going out. They got it all fixed in a timely ... read more
