Doug was such a help got my truck in fast and the dealership had the parts in stock. Got it back in less than 24 hours. He even took the time to add the wife's care to the system to speed up her experience.

Excellent work done on the car. There is one thing I would have liked it to have been better and that is communication. Instead of me having to call about my car and its readiness, I should have been contacted by my service advisor that an issue occurred with a part and it was going to be replaced. I was told the part would have to be ordered. I was okay with that, but the next day I had to call, after waiting all day to hear from the dealership, to ask when my car would be ready.
