the young lady that helped me was very friendly and professional the amount of time it took to fix my car was satisfactory the only complaint I have is I ask that my car be locked because I had a guitar in it and other things and i feel to be on the safe side they should lock everyone's vehicle when they are finished working on them and leave them parked out in the area where they could be broken into other than that I was very satisfied with the service
