The actual service itself was good but the getting checked in experience was a little strange the people couldnt figure out why the serial numbers didnt match their records. It was because that vehicle had never been serviced at Wyatt Johnson. Only our other GMC had been there.
After a bad experience with James Corlew, my battery didn't die 2 days later after getting my vechile services here.
Went in expecting to just get estimate for inoperable lift gate. I actually had it repaid in under an hour! Thank you for valuing my time. I will be back. Mike was an excellent service advisor from Start to finish. Thank you
My truck cost $1,650.00 a month. It was just an oil change and your check crashed into a steel pole in the parking lot and required me to not have position of my truck for a month and a half and it needed two new doors. It was $108,000 truck and all I got was we'll fix it we're sorry. Screw Wyatt Johnson screw GMC. I contacted corporate about this and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I spent 4 1/2 hours for a diagnostic and them to get approval with my extended warranty and they do not have the parts to fix my issue. My car was diagnosed one thing 1 week ago and then this time it was diagnosed with another item. Now I'm waiting on the parts and then I have to make an appointment to get them installed. They held my car for ransom - the diagnostic fee or my deductible from my extended warranty. There's nothing I liked or disliked.
Even with an appointment I've watch my truck sit for over 2hrs before receiving service. Finally when they did service it it took 15-20 mins and charged me $240 for the under carrige inspection. I wasn't mad at that, I was upset at the fact that my front hood was scratched the fk out. Like if something was drag on top. I wouldn't recommend ANY service here!
