The service department can not explain anything. It's at the point of utter incompetence and I will never take my vehicle there or buy a vehicle from Wyatt Johnson.

The oil change and tire rotation was done accurately. I was very disappointed in the service tech that I was assigned to. I purchased my car from the used lot so it is not a GMC or Buick. The purchase included 3 services and this was the last one. Based on this last visit alone, I will not be going back. The only time the service tech spoke to me after check in was 2 HOURS later to let me know they were taking my vehicle back. I had made an appointment so not sure why things were so far behind. Transmission went out at 60,000 miles. Under warranty thank goodness.

Had a 10:00 appointment for oil change. After no action after 6 hours, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I was told the transmission was replaced and it is still doing the same thing. The warranty company they sell people is trash sending junk yard parts.
Our vehicle tire pressure sensor came on not even 5 miles down the road and started showing a message the system needs to be serviced, so they seem to have messed something up since it wasnt on before. The engine light came on two days later. So I would just like to know how they missed the issue regarding the engine light. We won't be wasting money there anymore.
