Best service experience I have had in a long, long time. There were a large number of staff present attending to the needs of each customer, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and accommodating, the automated status updates were wonderful.
Service advisor (Jakob) was great. Due to high volume customers the time for service was 3 hrs with an appointment.

Went in to have a switch replaced. Their computer indicated the switch was in stock. Switch could not be found. Had to be special ordered and am still waiting to be called.
Didn't have that long of a wait considering the work performed. Employees are always very helpful and friendly. Gladly returning there for further maintenance on our vehicle.
