It took since July to get my vehicle serviced at this establishment but once it was done (took 3 days) I am somewhat satisfied

Service at the Wyatt Johnson is always great, love going here to get my car serviced.
Great service all the way and my sales advisor Mr Corona did an excellent job
The service was fast and friendly. We mentioned again the issue with our electric parking brake, but couldn't get it serviced, but we could get several other expensive things taken care of. Our tires were rotated and false information was given about our tire pressure. We had to go and add air to our tires afterwards.
Great experience,as usual! Dawson saw to it that every thing was completed as requested and made sure my car was cleaned and ready when promised.
Hello, the people there are always polite, explaining what's being checked along with oil change, tire rotation and if anything is due for maintenance or recalls. Check in was very quick. Wait time is usually 2 hours or less and it was this time, too. A ride service is offered if needed. Areas are kept clean and coffee and snacks offered gratis. At the Mazda bldg because the Hyundai bldg is being renovated. Used a $15 coupon. Will probably get the 3 for $189 special next time. Thank you
Friendliest group of people you could ask for, got me in and out within the time projected.
The staff was very nice; however I was there from 9:30 am til about 3:30 pm. During that time I heard from the service representative 1 time to tell me the recommended work to be done on my car and the other time (after I had someone call the service rep) to tell me that they were finishing up on my car. I think they could have done a better job of keeping me informed about the status of my car. I was given a link to track the progress, but when I checked it said "in progress."
